I shall conduct offline and online trainings by way of employee gender sensitization and POSH trainings as well as IC trainings from a POSH perspective.
These may be awareness trainings for your entire workforce, train the trainer sessions for ongoing trainings to those freshly onboarded, trainings to managers and supervisors as they are the first points of contact and IC capacity building trainings.
Such workshops on a regular basis make employees understand the evolving socially accepted boundaries and behaviour expected from them and thus minimizes the cases of unwanted sexual conduct.
The IC shall be trained and kept abreast with the latest judicial pronouncements related to POSH from time to time.
